We are pleased to announce that the ownership of Collus PowerStream, your local electricity distribution provider, has transferred to EPCOR as of October 2018, now that the sale has been approved by the Ontario Energy Board.
The Collus PowerStream team is still committed to providing the great service you've been accustomed to only we're now under the EPCOR brand.
Your monthly bill
With our name change, your monthly bill will be replaced with an EPCOR bill. Your billing account number will stay the same, as will our contact information and the dedicated team of employees providing you with reliable customer service.
Depending on how you pay your bill today, you can expect the following when ownership changes:
Automatic Payment Withdrawal: if this is how you pay your monthly bill then no action is required from you. Going forward, the payee name on your bank statement will automatically change to: EPCOR Electricity Distribution Ontario Inc.
Cheque: if you pay your monthly bill by cheque then starting on October 1, 2018, you should address it to: EPCOR Electricity Distribution Ontario Inc.
Online/Telephone Banking: It may take some time for your bank to update to EPCOR in its system. If EPCOR Electricity Distribution Ontario Inc. is not an option for online or telephone banking, please continue to choose the "Collus PowerStream" option and check back for our new name when your next bill arrives.
