  Delivering water to you

EPCOR is responsible for safety distributing water to our service areas, and we maintain the infrastructure to minimize disruptions. In particular, we educate you about possible sources of lead on your property (pipes and fixtures), so you can avoid contaminating your water. We also operate truck-fill stations for customers who may not receive serviced water, such as commercial water haulers, construction companies, or acreage owners.

High water usage

If your water bill is higher than usual, your use may have increased, or you may have a leak. Water use does increase during certain months or with some activities. However, if nothing has changed and your water use is high, check for a leak.
