Moving into a home without water
If your new home does not have water already, you will want to arrange for a water meter installation and service at least one week before you move in. Please ensure your building has heat before we install the water meter.
To get started, contact one of our Customer Service Consultants toll free at (780) 310-4300 or sign in to My Account. We will schedule an appointment for an EPCOR Water employee to hook up your water.
Appointments take approximately 30 minutes and can be scheduled mornings or afternoon, between Monday and Saturday.
